Ok so Sean does this on a regular basis to help heal his ankle. We buy a bag of ice from the grocery store and he puts it in a huge pot with some COLD water.... the result.... water that is so cold that I swear if he stayed in it longer than 10 minutes he would have frost bite!! An old school trick to help with the swelling that an older physical trainer taught him at PT. The other guys in PT say they would never think of trying it... but it helps the swelling go down so he does it...

Of course you can never do anything without Hannah..God Forbid she isnt included ...

We've Adapted to Our Desert LifeStyle

It's 102 degrees when we go to bed at night, so you can only imagine how hot it is during the day... but somehow these girls have adapted and they not only can stand the heat but they have found the rocks to be just as comfortable as grass!!! All i know is that i was barefoot when i took these pictures and i had to run back in for shoes because my feet were on fire...so how they lay there..i have NO idea!!!!!

New Camera

I finally got the camera I've been wanting for EVER!!!! It's the Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT and I Love love love it....just got it late last night and haven't had a chance to take any fun exciting shots yet...but of course Jasmine and Hannah were my first subjects while trying it out....Sean also took a picture of the front yard. he's been working hard on landscaping...welcome to AZ landscaping...so different from New England!
